About the Milk
Fresh and nutritious milk, a staple for various recipes and daily consumption.
Storage and shelf life
- Store it as the pack directs, and decant only what you will use in the next few weeks.
- Keep the pack sealed and away from heat and light, which is what most often spoils a good ingredient early.
- Check the date and the allergen panel on the pack you receive rather than assuming they match the listing.
- Refrigerate after opening where the label says so, and use a clean, dry spoon each time.
