Who we are

DevCart is a small direct-to-consumer department store. It operates one warehouse and sells through this storefront only. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean DevCart, and "you" means the person browsing or ordering.

Your account

You need an account to see your orders and to write a review. Give us accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the store, but we will not delete order records that we are required to keep.

You can close your account at any time by writing to support@kazimirazrafi.dev. Closing it does not cancel an order that is already with the courier.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges that we received it; the contract forms when we despatch the goods. Until then we may decline an order, for example if the item sold out between your checkout and our packing, or if the address cannot be delivered to.

If we decline an order after taking payment, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.

Prices, availability and errors

Prices are shown in the currency of the region you are shopping in and include the tax that region applies. The total at checkout includes the products, the shipping option you choose and any applicable tax; nothing is added after you pay.

Stock counts are the units we actually hold, and they can change while you are shopping. If an obvious pricing or description error is discovered before we despatch, we will contact you with the correct information and you may cancel for a full refund.

Payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe when card payment is enabled for your region. We do not store card numbers. Where a manual payment method is offered, the order is marked as paid when the payment is received.

If a payment is reversed or fails after an order is despatched, we may ask you to pay again or to return the goods.

Delivery and returns

Orders are despatched within two business days. Standard delivery takes two to three business days after despatch; express delivery is expected within twenty-four hours after despatch. The shipping and delivery policy sets out the options, tracking and what happens when a parcel goes missing.

Unused, unopened items can come back within thirty days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. The returns and refunds policy sets out the conditions, the refund timing and the items we cannot accept.

Reviews and content you send us

Reviews are moderated before they appear, and we may decline one that is abusive, contains personal data about someone else, or is not about the product. By submitting a review you allow us to publish it with your first name and the initial of your surname beside the product.

Do not send us material you do not have the right to share.

Intellectual property

The product photography, the written descriptions, the design of this store and the DevCart name are ours or used with permission. You may share links and quote short passages, but you may not copy the catalogue for a competing store or use our material commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break the store, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other customers, place orders with stolen payment details, or use the review form to post spam. We may block access and report unlawful activity to the relevant authority.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by us, but not for loss that was not foreseeable when the contract formed.

Our maximum liability for an order is the amount you paid for it, except where the law says otherwise.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top says when they last changed, and an order is governed by the version in force when it was placed.
